Yoga classes at Jai Yoga

These yoga classes are gentle and effective they will improve mobility, circulation, strength and decrease discomfort of tight muscles.
The class will be an hour long.
Please ware loose clothing.
Bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have one.
Your instructor, Sherrill Stenson, is Yoga of the Heart Certified, and has taught yoga in the valley for 18 years.

The term Sadhana, in Sanskrit, means spiritual practice. Comming from many different yoga traditions, this practice will focus on the essence of yoga, which is an instrument to reveal our authentic selves. All levela are welcome!
