Monday 9:30 – 10 a.m. Little Friend Yoga (ages 2-5) with Kim

No matter if you are a beginning student or someone who would like to refine their practice, this fundemental yoga class will teach you the basic of anatomical alignment. Beginners will learn good structure, athletes that may be very tight will gain greater access while moving at a more structured pace. The focus will be on one main group of muscles or styles at a time (ie twists, forward bends, back bends, etc). There will be groovy music and longer holding poses to get into it!
Tuesday 6:15 -7 p.m. Zumba with Elba
Thursday 5:15 – 6:30 p.m. Restorative Yoga w/Kadie
In this class we will practice yoga at a slow pace, focusing on breathing, and using breath to flow into our asanas. Body appreciation will be at the core of our weekly practice and we also spend some time on specific strength exercises, as well as easy, but powerful core and back work. This class will be practical for anyone, from beginners to practiced yogis who can use these breathing foundations on which to to build their practice.Those with medical conditions, please check with your physician if you have any concerns about attending yoga.
