This final installment of Western State College's Wednesdays at Western winter series on April 25, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., demonstrates why yoga is an excellent way to shape up for warmer weather, detoxify internal organs and boost metabolism after the long winter months. Participants should have some prior yoga experience before attending. The cost is $15, and the workshop will take place with instructor Susan Searle at Taylor Hall on the WSC campus.
