 I just put together a new webpage on some great hikes I have taken in Crested Butte. Please check it out as some of them are not all that well known!

What a surprise this great hike was. Just drive all the way up Washington Gulch, park your car and there you are. You hike up (an easy up) to the top, and then you could hike down into Gothic- (but you need someone to pick you up if you go down to Gothic.) It was an easy and gorgeous hike. Great for the family. "

CBMR (Crested Butte Mountain Resort) has replaced the gold pass with the peak pass - at a $450 price reduction - the new pass is $599 vs $1049 last year!  

That is worth looking at if you are coming up for a week or more in the winter.

The Art Studio of the Center for the Arts at 111 Elk Avenue offers the opportunity to paint pottery.
