 It isn't all about eating and skiing. Take a look at some of my favorite places to kick back and laugh. Top on the list? The Eldo: "A Sunny Place for Shady People".

You can't miss the  Dogwood Cocktail Cabin! Great atmosphere, no kids allowed, great intimate nooks and crannies to have some fabulous, creative, fun drinks with music.

Focus on the Eldo- A Great Bar!

 

The Eldo!

Right on Elk Avenue, up a crickety flight of stairs, is the best deck of all to people watch, hang with the locals, and drink some absolutely wonderful beer.  

 

They have great bands at night, so if you have 21 + somethings, send them there. But for baby boomers, it is THE best place to kick back with a beer at the end of the day! (yes that is me on the left-Robin)
