 The September Event Calendar
is up! New this year? Lisa Marie Presley is coming to Crested Butte.
That caught my eye! Don't miss the beer and chili cook-off ! And there
are lots of great events in September when the leaves are golden and the
air is crisp and it is my faaavooriteee time of year. |
| The Paving of Cottonwood Pass | |
 They are currently paving and widening the road along Taylor River and plan to extend to the top of Cottonwood pass.
My
opinion? This is a game changer. Finally a game changer for the Crested
Butte winter economy. Denverites would be able to drive to CB safely to
ski in a bit more time than it takes to drive to the I-70 resorts, but
with alot more surety as to arrival time. Brilliant!!!!! Hope they don't
allow trucks.
