Formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Chef Jason Vernon refined his prowess at such prestigious dining establishments as the Stanford Landmark, Chicago Four Seasons, Emeril Lagasse's Nola in New Orleans, and RK, an American Brasserie in New York City. Currently, Jason is the Owner and Executive Chef of Soupçon Bistro and he is the only three time winner of the annual Chefs on the Edge competition in Crested Butte.
