Ski for Hope Nordic Challenge March 2, 2013

Crested Butte, Colorado

The mission of Ski For Hope is to use skiing as an avenue to raise local awareness and funding for those challenged with cancer. Ski For Hope will work locally with Living Journeys in the Gunnison Valley hosting ski races and non-competitive ski events that will raise funds. The funds will be used to offer emotional and financial support to our friends and neighbors living with cancer. Skiing represents to us a metaphor for hope and positive forward movement during the tough moments. We hope to inspire you to ski for a greater cause and make a difference. Ski For Hope!

The Ski for Hope Nordic Challenge will take place on Saturday March 2, 2013. It will be comprised of 3 distances, 30K, 10K and 3K. The event will take place at Town Ranch with races beginning at 10AM. More details forthcoming. Registration will open early December.
